Cancellation Policy
Booking & Appointment Policy
No deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Full payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Venmo
To ensure all clients are accommodated in a timely manner, a 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and may be subject to restrictions on future bookings.
All services are non-refundable once completed. Any concerns regarding services received will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any adjustments or accommodations will be made at the sole discretion of Amonique D’or.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Excessive last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-show appointments may result in limited or denied future booking privileges.
